Send Email Attachments Using Gmail Even When You Are Offline

Gmail team has announced the new feature that lets you attach files while sending mails even when you are offline (via Offline Gmail).

“Starting today, attachments work just the way you would expect them to whether you are online or offline.Just add the attachment and send your message.”

To Activate This Feature:

• Enable ‘Offline Gmail’ under ‘Labs’ section first (Click ‘Enable’ and save settings)

• Now you can see the ‘Offline’ link next to the green Labs features button just right next to your username inside your right upper corner of Gmail.

• Click the above Offline link and install the Gears

• Install Gears and restatrt your browser, you are done.Go through your mails offline and send attachments offline and even more of them.

P.S: You cannot however use ‘Adding Inline Images’ in Gmail Offline, except that you can virtually play around with your offline Gmail messages.
